This work is a sort of prototype for and idea I am seeing about frequency and vibration and light. It also relates to “the Forgotten Song” acim. I haven’t quite pulled it in but I feel it floating around me, it’s almost too much information or too big for me at the moment. We will see what happens. Acrylic on linen 500x809mm.
This work has two 450x600mm canvases attached to a 700x1000mm canvas. It is looking at the idea of science and religion both paying homage to something they do not understand. Death and dark matter. The formula on the black board is for dark matter. Beyond both these limited ideologies is Reality.
Acrylic on Linen – 500mmx 809mm. This painting is looking at the idea of turning away from the limitations of time/space and a body/DNA identity. The Pyramid is a Paul Klee reference alluding to attaining knowledge. The figure is crossing the threshold and being engulfed in Light.
This work is looking at the idea that there is a lot more to see for those who want to see. Acrylic on Linen. 700x1132mm
This acrylic on linen painting – 700mm X 1132mm, is looking at the way we push at the wheel, going round and round with no real result or outcome. The music is ” The wheels on the bus” playing on the idea of being “cornered” by our ideas and beliefs.
Doors expresses the idea that the world is left and Heaven is found through a door within ones self. Most of my artwork has been influenced or Inspired by A Course In Miracles.
Here, I am looking at the idea of being haunted by the past or/and concerned about the future. Peace is a present condition and can only be experienced now. This is my first “golden rectangle” canvas 700mm X 1132mm. The composition is constructed using the principles of dynamic symmetry.
“Above The Battleground” is based on a passage from ‘A Course In Miracles’, see below.
Acrylic on canvas. 750 x 1000 mm
“The OVERLOOKING of the battleground is now your purpose. Be lifted up, and from a higher place look down upon it. From there, will your perspective be quite different…”
Looking at the belief that you are NOT bound by time, space or body identity. Acrylic on Canvas 750 x 1000mm.
The latest painting assignment for the Diploma Class. Two canvases 450 x 600mm, using Acrylic paint. The left side is Related Objects and the right side Unrelated Objects.
Fantasy still life exercise 450 x 600mm canvas in acrylic. Looking at perception and time.
This work is based on a line from A Course In Miracles; “You maker of a world that is not so…” Looking at the idea of projection, from a simple, light, centre to a complicated, dark exterior. Acrylic on canvas. 750 X 1000mm.
Transformation Series 450x600mm Acrylic On canvas. Looking at the idea of Self, within Source/God, is actually not affected by the conflict of the world. 1 of 3. Selling as a series.

Acrylic on Canvas 750 X 1000mm. Part of a series of works using the idea of Self as archetype. This “self” appears throughout the work I have been doing
Acrylic on canvas 450X600mm. Following on from Self as archetype series. This work looks at the idea that we “put on” different selves depending on what we are doing or who we are meeting with.
The Inner Need. Acrylic on canvas. 750 x 1000mm. First in a series of paintings looking at the idea of spirituality in Art, from the writings of Kandinsky. The large “outlined” figure, who is always present yet never fitting entirely within the frame represents God. This work’s looking at the idea that whether looking inward or outward it is all an awakening to your True Self.
Part 2 of the “Inner Need” series. Acrylic on canvas 750 X 1000mm. Based on the writings of Kandinsky “Concerning The Spiritual In Art”. It is a visual representation of one of his key concepts.
A 13 canvas “mosaic” Stacked in three layers attached to a screen (here) using Velcro, simply for presentation – total size 1100x1000mm – Acrylic.
As part of a series called “The Inner Need” this is Spring. Renewal and rebirth as part of the Awakening process.
Self Portrait. Acrylic on Canvas 450 x 600mm. Utilising some of the technics of Paul Klee, I am attempting to break up the spatial plane and go beyond the idea of representation common to portraits. The Single Eye representing spiritual awakening.
Acrylic and charcoal on canvas. 750 x 1000mm. Part of a series on “Self as archetype”. The Return- Beyond Dreaming. A Cause and it’s effects are not separate. A body does not keep you from your True Source of Reality.
Latest in a series on Self as archetype. Acrylic on Canvas. 750x1000mm. Based on the idea of Self returning home. Multiple references to “crossing over”. i.e. the bridge, the river, the train, the far away shore, distant city.
Self Portrait – Acrylic Paint on canvas 450x600mm. This started out quite representational but I struggled to capture what I wanted, in terms of expression. So after many hours and “layers” of paint I arrived at this, which I knew immediately was what I was looking for.
Acrylic paint on canvas, approx. 750 x 1000mm. This started as painting from a life drawing but was not working so I started to break the space up, using planes of colour.
